Is getting renter's insurance a good idea? How about with Balboa insurance?

"Hello! I wondered what some of you believe a-6-month  insurance     policy for a freshly qualified 16 yo driver could charge. Area- Rural N. CT. Full coverage on 2007 2000 Ranger and VW Rabbit. Minimal protection on 1999 Cadillac STS. Superior student discount + drivers ed discount. I am hoping for the $400 range on the 6 month coverage"Simply how much wouldn't it charge for me personally to cover this
